Preparation & Access Policy

Cleaning is performed as-is. If furniture, rugs, or items must be moved because the area isn’t prepared, a $50 surcharge will apply to cover the extra time and labor.

Rugs we clean: Polypropylene (olefin), Nylon, Polyester, Acrylic, Machine-made synthetic shag (light moisture only, longer dry time) & Rubber-backed synthetic rugs (only if the backing is in good shape — old rubber can crumble)
